Gene Shiau11月 15, 2010For shuttle pick-up to Holiday Inn - Houston Intercontinental Airport, call the hotel front desk 281-449-2311. The 877 number either doesn't register or misunderstands the hotel on JFK Blvd.

Very poorly designed terminal which causes backups getting to and from gates.
Don't expect dinner or anything before TSA feels you up (they won't call the next day either)

Dont pay $4.95 for an hour of internet. Boingo does offer free wifi for 45 minutes, you just gotta look for the button to click.

Leo3月 5, 2013Passport control here is a joke. Hundreds of people and only 10 desks open. Why? Bad management. Houston: get your act together as this is an awful way to treat visitors to the state of Texas.
