Dylan Boyd4月 14, 2014One of the best Cheese Mongers in PDX. Make sure to try the Buffalo Blue if it is in stock
This is a big time geek-out store for Foodies. I particularly enjoy the Mole' Salumi -- pairs well with Lambic and Wild yeast beers.
I work here and have tried many cheeses, but by far the best cheese is the Urikaas Gouda, try it!
