Don't expect to do anything but check emails on the free wifi- exec seats at b5 have bad outlets

If you use the priority line for concourse C you don't have to go through the scanners. Metal detector only.
Patty GoGo10月 13, 2014Not the worst... not at all the best...needs more updating... Luggage pickup sucks ...doesn't work most times ..but who cares ..You're in NEW ORLEANS..have a poboy listen to a brass band and dance....
- Russ Cowles4月 8, 2010Hotel Downtown Shuttle is your best bet into the French Quarter from the airport.
NOLA’s airport is old and showing its wear. There is a lack of power outlets, decent food (which is sad for NOLA), and the security can get overwhelmed. Time for the new one to open (if it ever does)
TSA makes you take your belt off at this airport; ridiculous, this isn't Europe!

Make SURE you are in the right security line. Hard to tell when lines are long.

Concourse C TSA was recently horrible - be very careful in dealing with TSA here

Waited 90 minutes for a rental car & there were no flights to New York after 11:30 AM on a Monday. Seemed weird for a major city. Go to Baton Rouge if you need more flexibility.
The baggage claim area is dark, gloomy, and not very welcoming... And some lady just fell down in front of me... Wet floors lol
