- Heather M.3月 17, 2014Had 2 have room vacuumed, bathroom cleaned. Housekeeping awful between me & whoever was here before. Person in front of me had issue w/ his room also. Not sure why rooms were not made up correctly.

Britt Szaf6月 30, 2013First time here and our shower didn't work, no maintenance team in the building, and had to use another rooms shower just to come back to our room to get ready. I wasn't 100% pleased.

lynn winsell8月 29, 2013Poor customer service. Do not use shuttle unless you want to wait while the driver picks up his friends that are not even staying at hotel.
