Visitors from Canada loved the articulate designs in lobby. I know they took 50 plus pictures each & had great 20 minutes just amazed with structure of the Exchange Building- Awesome place to stay in Memphis. 100+ y/o building that is clean, safe and well maintained. Will definitely stay here again.

A historic building with great units! The developers have done a great job bringing this place back to life!
Floors 10-19 have great views of the Memphis skyline. Ask for view on the MS River.
- Yes, college students will have excellent social experiences at this great apartment building!!
- Yea guys - lets stop pulling the fire alarms.. that would be great. :)
