We use Valley Farms Eggs, Swaggerty Sausage, Old Mill Buckwheat Flour, Stone ground Grits, Cruze Farms Dairy, Sweetwater Cheeses, Benton's Bacon and other local quality producers. Availability of gluten free options and care for people's allergies. Our product are prepared fresh, daily, seasoned and handbreaded to order. We match quality ingredients with quality people, so that we can accommodate anyone's tastes. We will do our best to accommodate any dietary needs. Add $1 for Gluten Free Option
