If on menu, the pork chop with poblano smoked Gouda grits is great. Make sure, however, that you don't miss the bone marrow.

The steak tartare is absolutely amazing. Their gin & tonic is ridiculously good, as is the elderflower gimlet. You can't go wrong here.

September is 5th anniversary month! Pork Belly Sandwich, special happy hour, burger on the dinner menu. Chef's prix fixe $35 dinner menu all month long.
- New chef has to lots of new things to try. Veggies, pates, terrines, new sandwiches and entrees. Lobster too!

Have some cheese with your wine. They have a cheese menu that is separate from the food and drink menus.
- Try the Pork Belly And Oyster - With corn salsa.......easily my favorite oyster ever!!
- Try the Lavender Creme Brulee - Not a stick of butter! Though @hathman said he would eat a stick of butter from @ellasac
