Topaz on 57th st. does a great job! She understands how to make short hair complement you and shape your face perfectly.
Topaz is amazing. I was hooked immediately. And the guy who washed my hair is hot :)

- Been going to Blanco for years. Definitely book an appointment with him and you'll never want to use anyone else.
