Hydrate before, bring a towel, and sweat it all out with this flow! Hands down my favorite way to clear out and move.
Nothing like a few half moons to get the day started. If you haven't tried Marcus' early morning power hour you are missing out!
Get down with your hot self. Best instructors and assistants. Be ready to ditch the excuses.
