This black squid ink pasta with clams jumped right into my top 5 favorite pasta dishes in NYC. Everything else we had was top notch and the jovial Italian atmosphere rounds the whole experience out.
Food is always great but boy do they have a killer brunch. Try the Chavela's Omelette (avocado, bacon and cheese) w/ a side of chorizo hash. Bonus: they put cinnamon in their coffee so it's mad cozy.
The best night to come is the first Saturday of every month, after the Brooklyn Museum's First Saturday party- after party is here!!
