Dear Mom is having a restaurant-or-bar identity crisis. They've added table service which is incongruent to the vibe once found here. The result is a lot less fun. Less crowded tho.
Joey S5月 11, 2014Order away from the blonde Asian bartender with the sparrow chest tattoos. She overcharges, does short pours, and tosses your food before you're finished. Good pints and cocktails here otherwise.

A rapidly-changing menu and classic cocktails place Dear Mom a notch above your usual dive bar. If it's all too much, there's always Big Buck Hunter on the back wall ;)

Try the food. It's amazing. The sriracha chicken, the potatoes, the pork belly bao. OMG
Great new bar in town with some top notch bartenders. Best old fashioned I've ever had!

Try the Olive Oil Waffle - Really good, but the lettuce was a weird surprise. Probably would have liked it more without it.

Love this bar. Good food and great bartenders, beer selection, and vibe.
Good place but watch your drinks; they will steal away half drunk drinks you paid 10 hipster dollars for before your done.

Not a fan of ordering food from the kitchen when you are sitting right at the bar. One tab would be nice. Kinda silly. Also, ATM is always out of service. Bring cash!
