Went in today to see some dresses didn't make an appointment but told I could go on waiting list I was the first on the list so they said 30 mins hr later they say can't see you! Thanks for the wait!

Kathy Romza7月 1, 2016Did not have us down for the appointment. The alterations were not done correctly. They gave a full refund so you know it had to be bad. Stop patronizing this store, it's awful!!!
Cary Thompson11月 24, 2013Never going back here again if I can help it. Customer service is horrible. Broken broaches, wrinkled dresses, and cancelled fitting appt due to not having exact shoes I will be wearing after arriving
Natalie SoSteff8月 26, 2011Davids bridal doesn't want your money. They want you to book an appointment before you can even try on a gown. Sales girls walking around doing nothing. They must be really busy not too see a bride.
