dim light, random decorations (posters, license plates) - don't know about partying aspect, but it is indeed best for late rainy evenings, to get a drink and engage in small (or not) talk
Don't waste time, money and stomach capacity on regular meals. Go for cakes only❤️
Officially the best burgers in town, English speaking environment, kitchen open til late evening, good music, quite some whiskey to choose from, etc etc... My heart will go on
