Interesting and very beautiful Bulgarian renaissance house. Stain glass is stunning and wine cellar carved from the rocks underneath it are also worth checking out!
Well worth the couple of Euro entrance fee. Amazingly tranquil, beautiful, but simple interior with beautiful mosaic ceilings. A place to get away from the hustle and bustle of the city!!
Beautiful waterfront with great cafes and bars. Fantastic at any time of day for a walk or run and to really take in the atmosphere of Thessaloniki!
Wonderful market - as you would expect in Greece! All kinds of meat, fish, fresh fruit and veg, olives, oil, spices... the list is endless and wonderful!

Lovely place- good wine, the tour is really interesting (surprisingly, so is the collection of bottle openers). The setting is incredibly beautiful and the cafe does a mean Freddo Espresso!!!

Lovely place for a stroll on a hot day. Church is worth a look in too. Lots of interesting statues in the area as well.
The best Trigona... in fact the some of the best sweet food I've ever had. Worth searching out- one warning: all other deserts will seem rubbish after this!! ;)
Well worth the walk up the hill. The most amazing views across the city and across the sea to Mt Olympus! Lots of nice cafes and bars and even the walk up can take you through the old part of town..,
Pretty little church tucked away in a residential area. Caretaker will come and open it up for you if you ask so you can see the pretty frescoes!
