Feel like riding a bike in a dance club minus the drinks! Get ready to be drench in sweat. One of the the awesome exercise I've done. Have a bottle water ready. And remember the rhythm is 1-2, 1-2.
This is hands-down the best spin class in NY. Less culty than Soul with much more upper body work, its a great full body workout that leaves your legs AND arms super sore. Hot teachers + tunes help!

Solid spin studio in the David Barton space. They're on Classpass with spin shoes included! I love Claudia's rides. Good theme classes too. Feels clubby inside, with lots of weights + tap backs.
By FAR best spin in NYC. never sweat so much in my life! Amazing music, atmosphere & teachers. I can't get enough! Nothing wakes you up like Kyle's 7am Beyoncé ride!!!!

City Cakes8月 7, 2014This place is ridiculous. I eat a lot of cakes and need to get rid of them somehow - and wake up for my 3rd energy kick of the day. Amazing concept, and full body for sure.
Bucket list: take a class with founder Keoni. Ride in the front. Scream "woo" when it hurts. Feel the beat. 1,2,1,2,1,2...Then indulge yourself in one of 8 showers they have, which is unheard of!
In David Barton, great studio. Way more emphasis on weights than other spin studios so you get a more complete workout.
Cyc is truly a #partyonabike. Prepare to push yourself, sweat a lot, and have the ride of your life! Don't let those 2 pound weights fool you - the arms are killer!
Best spin classes in NYC. Far cheaper than Soulcycle + better workouts. Plus you don't have to be a member of David Barton to join!
One of the absolute best spin studios in the city. Go to class with Natalie or Arlene. Their energy is contagious!

Intense spinning with a much longer arm workout than soulcycle - you'll be drenched afterwards for sure! You gotta try Keoni's class

Just like SoulCycle but only $25 and you get 2 hours access to David Barton Gym. The only weird part was using the weights while being out of the saddle, not so great to keep great form
Wear some neon! It looks awesome when they turn on the black lights.

emily chen1月 12, 2015this is a weird wannabe soulcycle. watch out for the drum they whip out sometimes mid-way during the workout.
