Not new, but Crespella has been reborn as Cusp (which Foursquare seems not to know about). New owner, same staff, same menu of decent crepes and ok-to-badly prepared Stumptown Coffee.

Breakfast paninis are filling and they don't mention it, but they serve it with a small mixed greens salad with balsamic and olive oil :)
