Great overall gym that almost anyone can benefit from. I only wish they stayed open later on weekdays and especially weekends. #RunItFast #RIFit
People mostly whip machines + re-rack their own weights. The showers have Jack Black shower gel and crunch offers a ton of class - my favs are the combine and battle ropes.
- Weds and Fris with Kirk are unmatched! Tommy is good too, but really the whole Spin team is great. They just got 40 new spin bikes so that's nice too! Good music, spinning in the dark. Love it!
Good Music. Good Gym. Good vibe. Fit Girls! (among all the gay men) But you can can do any work out you need. they have all the cardio stuff, free weights and machines.

Anything with Amy! Spin, yoga, lower body glide... Her workouts are tough, but she makes them fun with her awesome personality!

My gym when I'm staying in LA at the standard Hollywood (which has no gym).
Loud voiced members using their mobile phones while on the cardio equipment...REALLY ANNOYING!
Andrew's Super Sculpt and Abs classes will rip you into pieces of fit lean muscles you yourself will want to lick.
