Monday cardio tai boxing (followed by six-pack attack) with Angel is great! Accessible for beginners, but more experienced people can turn up the intensity on their own too

I worked out there for a year. They have great classes, good and responsible teachers and my monthly rate wasn't bad.

My home away from home... Bishop's Street Fighter is AWESOME, Reign's Spin class in unparalleled and the Body Art class rocks. Fantastic group classes, nice equipment and super trainers. I <3 my gym!

One of the cleaner and newer crunch locker rooms I've seen. Unfortunately, no weekend classes but great weekday morning group sessions.

Book a complimentary training session with shane at crunch 38th street. He Definitely knows what he is doing and talking about. He always gives 110%. He is awesomeee !!!
