Their whiskey is good, the decor is cool, & that's even before you discover that they have a brick-room bar downstairs! Also their lobster bisque is quite nice.

Across the street from Bryant Park, so the happy hour crowd was very typical midtown bro-y... nothing special in the standard happy hour (from what I remember)

Decent spot for after work drinks. They have a casual downstairs room with tables and room to stand by the bar.

Happy hour is—apparently—only valid downstairs. But the bar down there is nice and secret.

Interesting seating policy. If you're a person of color, I bet they won't seat you on the elevated platform. Food wasn't worth the $ at all. I won't be back.
