Try the two independent underground sections at the back. They hold a very extensive variety of (international AND local) beers and cheeses!
Saddle up at the bar. Ask what's freshest on tap. Get that. Then, ask what the freshest local veggies are and get that along with the local VT cured sausage on your pizza. SO GOOD!
