Designed by Frederick William Stevens with influences from Victorian Italianate Gothic Revival architecture and Indian (Mughal and Hindu) traditional buildings, the station was built in 1887.
Try the veg frankie on platform #1, add cheese for an additional 10 bucks for best results :). PS: The Egg franky is avoidable

You feel the pulse of Mumbai here, never ending crowd, the architecture is still able to sustain the increase in traffic, food stall inside station has been removed

The main station where all major trains land up and where you get connection to almost anywhere in Mumbai through railway.
Once called the Victoria Terminus, CST is a brilliant specimen of the Victorian Gothic style of architecture in India. A UNESCO ‘World Heritage Site’, it's the replica of St. Pancras Station, London.

Always hard to reach the station in morning, and difficult to leave from in evening.

Long ticket lines.... some smard card machines dont work properly but still love dis busiest railway station for the gothic architecture...
Once here, get onto any double decker bus, get pm top, and take a ride of town. Amaz- Search for a small indicator, near the announcer box to know upcoming trains.
