    Norms chair was not roped off! Doesn't everyone go to get a photo-op in that chair? I'm not surprise as the 18yr olds working their didn't even know who Norm was. Fail. Haha.

    Decent time. Fun to flashback to CHEERS. I do agree with Paul C, though. Customer service is hardly the staff's strength.

    They didn't know our names, and while the food, beer, and atmosphere was excellent - they accused us of not paying, and then found the credit card receipt on the floor. Sam woulda never done that...
