Laurie Heggie10月 29, 2015Nice to have a parking lot shuttle when you first get to the airport, but frustrating that the shuttle hangs out at the edges of the parking lot and won't come around to pick up arrivals.

Ask the coffee shop guy for a $6.00 coffee. He will know who it came from.
Delta has improved! Better customer service, flights are on time. Free parking and wi-fi. An hour prior to departure is ok unless around holidays make it 2 hours. Don't pack keys in checked luggage...
Good parking, easy check-in, and relaxed atmosphere. Frontier starts on May 18!
Mike1月 2, 2013Couldn't agree more with the AirTran tip, but now they've pulled AirTran out if this airport, so you are stuck with Delta, AA, or Frontier. Want a good tip? Drive to Midway and take Southwest, LOL
Very small airport, allow at least 11 minutes to get thru security (oh yeah, that includes a restroom trip, getting a coffee, and the long 47 yard walk to the gate...

Need a taxi? There's a list of numbers taped to the pay phone to the left of the Hertz counter.
Has plenty of places to charge laptops and phones including USB outlets.
Mallory Lane6月 9, 2012Security is rude. After finally getting them to unlock a door so we can leave the airport you get yelled at for opening said door after they tell you it's unlocked and to open it.
If your only doing carry on you can arrive 40 minutes prior for baggage I say an hour.
- Nick Goss1月 16, 2013You have to phone for a taxi. They don't wait outside. Ext 10 from a courtesy phone beyond baggage claim. Allow 25 minutes for it to arrive.
The coffee on the 2nd floor is often empty. Check there is coffee before putting money in!
