B S11月 4, 2012Try the new power bottom squat rack! Don't try too hard at first or you might through out your Needham.
Attention 40+ men in the locker room. Instead of weighing yourself naked, weigh yourself with a towel on and subtract a 1/2 pound.

- Men's downstairs locker room has a sauna and a steam bath which is great during winter
Nice, friendly staff. Great machines. Lost of resistance equipment too.
