Bali beans from the Kintamani Highlands are loud of mouth and natural in body. The mouth is a sweetly bitter bite of blueberry and earth. Bitterness stays on the back and side of tongue. Great iced.- The Alma Negra beans from Costa Rica are a limited batch of honey processed (some fermentation) Central American beans. The cup has a nutty body and is charged w/ a dark raspberry mouth;mid tongue.
- The Costa Rica La Amistad beans have a light to medium body and soft mouth. A sweet mix of earthy soil and nutty flavors is complemented by mild, back of tongue acidity from floral notes.

It won't be your last.- The Kona coffee of the Pau Hana Estate features washed and patio dried processing. A subtle earthy body is the backdrop of a sweet medium mouthed cup, featuring chocolate and mild pineapple tones.
- The Uganda beans from the Gumutindo Mt. Elgon region have the fruit flavor of African coffees as expected with an earth flavored light-medium body. The fruit flavor is a soft yet potent melon.
- The Blue Java bean is a medium roast that dazzles the palette with a variety of bitter earthy tones. This cup is light of mouth; an aftertaste mixed with a slight acidity without being fruity.
- The new cold brew is a mix of the Mexico, Yirgacheffe, Congo and Sumatra beans. Wow. The profile shifts from light bright mouth of blackberry with a full body of pear and spicy peanuts.
- The cold brew ice coffee offered at this location is a blend of the Blue Java and Columbia beans. This mix has a dark mouth feel with notes of hazelnut and smoky earth flavors.
Chase Gentilhomme11月 5, 2015Try the nitro coffee. Black. And try it without a straw. Creamy like a draft Guiness!- The Urban Blend beans is a mix of Peruvian and Guatemalan beans prepared as a French roast. A sweet splash of bright raspberry flavor diminishes the dark smoky roast flavor.
- The Congo blend is billed as having a strong mouth and this is supported by a medium dark chocolate tone contrasted by a brief bright aftertaste in the back of tongue.
- The Cove Blend beans are a smoky tasting Italian roasted coffee. The flavor is course and earthy with a dark, burnt overtone of chocolate from the long roast time.
