    Butcher & the Boar's got everything: a wide variety of housemade sausages and cured meats, a great selection of local beers, and a year-round patio (heated and enclosed during the winter).

    This rich sandwich is a definite knife-and-forker! The fun starts with two buttery-edged pieces of Texas Toast, loaded up with a warm cheesy lobster salad. Topped with an optional fried egg.

    Went here for the first time for my GF's Birthday. Everything was absolutely perfect. Atmosphere, waitress and food were all amazing! Experience is something special! Will be returning!

    So so many amazing flavors and delicious things to eat here but I think my favorite of all was the rib eye steak. Also the peanut butter stuffed jalapeños were amazing!

    I had the triple smoked ribeye. It was the best piece of meat I have ever had. Well seasoned too with a mustard and vinaigrette dressing and garnished with a small salad.

    You really cannot go wrong with this place, my biggest problem is my client appts are so last minute it's hard to make reservations. It's a must if you want the full menu experience.

    Meat, meat, meat! The Charcuterie plate is to die for. The pork chop is enough for two. The rib is all you Fred Flintstone fantasies come true. Bourbon drinks are amazing too. Sit in the bar.

    The new beer garden menu is a hit. Creative sandwiches and a variety of sausages, how can you go wrong? Tasty sides, too. Finish it all off with a hot apple hand pie and the house Buffalo Trace.

    Worth going 2 Minneapolis just to go here. Asian glazed pork ribs and glass of smoked porter. Excellent. Great whiskey and beer list, homemade sausages, lively but not obnoxious scene. Eat here!

    The best in town for meat. I love stuffed jalapenos as snack. We had the rib eye that when we went, was the butcher's cut. The must is the smoked beef long rib: I've never eaten so tender meat before!

    This was some of the best food I've had in a while. The samplers are great, the fries are amazing and I'd recommend the fried green tomatoes. Definitely going back soon. Great drunk list too.

    Duck carnitas salad was amazing - best duck I've ever had. Sausage sampling and hot buffalo Brussels sprouts w/ blue cheese sauce were sooo satisfying. I will dream about those sprouts! Nice staff too

    The brat was great: soft, chewy bun, juicy, crisp brat, and horseradish- spiked kraut. Downside: Wish our server was more engaged.

    Most all of B&B's dishes that include pork actually use the bolder-tasting wild boar, and the drink menu revolves around bourbon. 続きを見る

    Not a great spot to bring kids. Mussels are awesome and do order a side of Texas toast to sop up that glorious garlicky butter that they steam them in. (The mussels only come w/ 2 pieces of toast.)

    Incredible! Best pork I have ever had in my entire life. Their Foie Gras is also very tasty. Make reservations FAR in advance! (I know the Soux chef!)

    Incredible. Go with the sausage appetizer. The pork chop was abig winner, butcher's cut not far behind. Dessert winner was the grasshopper semifreddo, the banana dessert next favorite. Bring 6+ people

    Food is great, and service as well. But the valet parking guys leave around 10:30, and they will place everyone's car keys at the bar. Makes you wonder what would they do if someone takes your car?

    Voted City Pages top ten Sandwhiches! Butcher and the Boar brings luxury and decadence to the forefront with its lobster grilled cheese ($18, or $20 with a fried organic egg).

    Holy cozy! What a fun bar. Great cocktails, cute bartenders and a fireplace outside! Hope it doesn't get overrun by douchebags...or their female equivalents in the summer.

    Get the Smoked Beef Long Rib. It's huge. Succulent meat and a sweet (but spicy) Tabasco-molasses BBQ sauce. It's serves two people, so the $32 price is a great deal.

    Come hungry! Green chorizo and the beef long rib made up one of the best meals I've ever had. Take your leftovers in case you run into a hungry person downtown.

    Holy Jesus out loud is this good. Duck truffle sausage? Yes. Jalapeño "poppers" (I use "" because they are ironic as this is far from a TGIF) made with PB are like angry ants on a log!
