Am not going to any other hospital after visiting burjeel it's unbelievable. I use to hate hospitals, this is fast, lovely hospitality like a hotel, friendly staff u never get lost,,, love it
This is the 1st hospital where it has a 5 star services. From the valet service to the live piano music everyday. Even the restaurant is good, too...
It's a great hospital with nice service. But if you have appointment, you should free your self for a couple of hours for it, you will wait for at least an hour.
Very posh. Iv been coming here since they opened. But other than looks and services until now the doctors have been great.
Nice and everything BUT there is a noticeable bottle neck at the pharmacy. It takes too long to get your prescription. .. way too long than what you expect in a hospital with he theme they fall under.
Nice hospital almost like a mall :) but doctors there always write tests and medcines more than they should !!
Looks posh and good from the outside... But if your appointment is at 8 .. You should probably take your time and reach by 8:30 or later ...very slow service!!
Just like having a hospital inside a hotel.... you won't feel like you're in the hospital while you're sitting in their waiting areas...

Just looks they have know idea what they are doing, they don't know how to segregate or sort patients according to the condition status every one has to wait finally u will not get the right diagnosis- If you are prescribed an injection and asked to go to emergency section to take it, ask for a nurse called Sinu...you wont even notice you took the injection...absolute zero pain
They poached all the good doctors in the city and now patients who were seeing those doctors have to suffer long waiting times even with appointments.

The ER is extremely noisy!!!!!!! So if you’re in a lot of pain, this is a very inconvenient situation...

Wether you booked an appointment or not you will end up waiting and waiting and waiting !!!
No wait for me last week, in and out in 15 minutes. Now waiting for my follow up apointment.
