The views are stunning. Don't step too close to the edges as the rocks could collapse underneath!
San Matteo is a slice of Italy in the upper east side accompanied with authentic food. I wouldn't get the gnocchi again, but the margarita pizza was close to perfection.
I've had the eggs rancheros and egg florentine. Both are great and service is good. Go early at 8am and score a seat outside to whale watch. The road to the top is winding so be careful!
