For main bo bun is amazing beef, shrimp, and veggie were all excellent!! And the vegan coco chia pudding was to die for♡♡ the service A++++ and this is coming from person in hospitality. overall best!
I love the classic (beef) pho here. Start with taro fries and a veggie spring roll and use the leftover fish sauce to put into the pho broth. Yum! 🍲 I want to come back and try everything else.
Chicken bun was fresh and tasty. We ordered a spring roll to start, but the bun came with one so you don't need to order an extra if you only want one (but they are delicious so you may want more!)
Pho (taste is phonemenal)!! Bo bun also v tasty. Spring rolls are the best I’ve had. Rice bowl w/ cauliflower sub is delicious. Peanut sauce heaven. Drinks Too.+ every meal has a healthy alternative.
Great back room skylight with cute hole in the wall feel. Chicken Banh mi on a crispy warm french baguette with pickled daikon and jalapeños was my favorite, but the Veggie Bò Bùn was 👌🏼
Amazing pho, noodle salad/ vegetti salad, smoothies, etc.! Hospitable and friendly staff & fast service. Great option for indoor/outdoor dining in Nolita or soho. All around awesome vibe - great music
Next to Jack's Wife Freda in case you can't be bother to wait. Not authentic, Vietnamese based fusion food. My go to is the buns, avoid the flavorless pho & the dry burger. Pricy but you're in Soho.
Get the americano iced coffee! Tried the egg bo bun and the benedict bao. Concluded that the bao is a better option than the original english muffin. Something different.
Came on a wet day which was nice as the place is cozy. However the staff was a bit… off and the classic beef pho, while very good, wasn't the best of the best though I can't say what it was missing.
This is not the Vietnamese restaurant you are looking for. Better options abound in adjacent neighborhoods (Chinatown, Lower East Side and East Village).
We ordered Chicken papaya salad, chicken spring roll, shrimp Bo bun and Pot. Overpriced mediocre food. Although the chicken in the papaya salad & the shrimp was not bad.
Warning to those with mint allergies: for the first time in my life, had to send water back. They did replace the water without issue but it was funny.
