A great gym close by my house ! They have all the best equipment .
Body pump is a great full body workout especially with Andrea she helps you a lot with form
Lots of group x classes to choose from. Love their bfitt program
- Of all the best fitness location Chelmsford - Drum Hill- Lowell this Nashua one is the best
The Thursday morning Zumba class is great - instructor is very good and very inspiring
