Best steak in Little Rock period! Jerry is the owner and is always there to make sure it's perfect. If you don't go in at least biz casual you'll feel out of place. Class it up throw on a jacket.
A close second to Arthurs, slightly more modern styling and the service is excellent. I also love that it's downtown on the river front. Great anniversary or special occasion.
