It's all about the happy hour. A buck off all coffee drinks, 2:30-3:30. Oh, and free samples of cheese.
Grab one of their awesome sandwiches (recommend the fig) and sit and watch them make cheese in front of you.
Do you want fantastic domestic cheeses while being tended to by a well informed staff? Look no further.
Try the Beecher's Cheese Plate: Flagship, Raw Flagship - Always amazing.
Ask for a Grilled Cheese Martini downstairs... It's not on the menu and one of the more, um, 'interesting' drinks in the city.
Great shop, cheese made in store! French onion soup, cheese curds and sitting on a milk crate chairs!
Pro tip: mix some tomato soup into your mac and cheese. You won't regret it!
Get the Mac and Cheese. Seriously! Even if you don't like mac and cheese. It's a game changer!- If you order ahead, you can get cheese curds immediately after they're made; BEFORE they're refrigerated.
Mac'n cheese is too creamy for my taste (and not burnt) but the grilled fig & cheese panini & tomato soup are to die for.
