    located right in the state park so has all the amenities nearby - pool, hiking trails, carousel, and lake, as well as a restaurant and event spaces on site

    Bear Mountain is a beautiful place. The renovations on the Inn are great. Had brunch here and it was wonderful.

    Great rooms, good price, awesome in *almost* every way... until we returned one night to find that housekeeping had left our room's door wide open. Yeah... so disappointed 'cuz it was going so well.

    Great rustic place to spend the night. Stay in one of the cottages and bring a BBQ.
