The pollo bullets are great. Bacon wrapped chicken breast stuffed with jalapeños and cream cheese. It can be ordered as an appetizer or a sandwich.
- The "Bullet for the King" po boy is an over the top grilled yum fest with chicken stuffed with jalapeños, cream cheese wrapped in bacon. ...all in ranch. Seriously good.

Everything else:#¥€£¤ AWESOME!- The fried pickles are fantastic. Crispy yet still tender on the inside. A bit salty with the bacon ranch though...

- Boudin balls are fantastic. Pair it with another side and you've got a meal.
- The soft shell crab po boy is fantastic. Wished this was a permanent entree.
- The skinny man's poboy is good but not as life changing as their other signature sandwiches.

You must try the pollo bullets and the gumbo!! Both are savory and spicy.

waited for 15mind before my drink order was even taken. afraid to order food, watching too many plates being returned.
