Lovely breakfast at the Gran Canal. Try to get a table at the side. The best view.

They wanted to charge me €20 for the Internet connection but found there's a free open hotspot named "bauerspa" that works great!

Tried to make a online reservation for a watertaxi, using the website. No reply whatsoever! Do not put it on your website then... A lot of work for the hotel manager! Good luck, location=great!

Club makes too much noise on friday and saturday, although I even like the music.. Calling the reception or concierge did not help, they did not answer... Low service!
