This is a smooth and windy 5mi if you start at Heritage Elementary School and turn around at the Palmer Park parking lot (adjacent to the southern entrance to this greenway).
It's a smokey little road house with a lively jukebox and frozen fried food. Dart boards and the locals make the atmosphere here.
Kelly's yoga class (no matter how it's listed on the schedule) will leave you sweaty and aware of how strong you're NOT.
