Upscale gym with a nice, friendly staff. Never have issues finding equipment, and love my trainer. Also like that guests range in age/fitness levels - it's not a cheesy meat market.
Allie G9月 9, 2011Great gym but if you want to snag a spot on an elliptical, aim for non peak hours. The cardio waves are a good alternative once you get the hang of it
Come check out my spin class: Mondays at 6:30AM and Wednesdays at noon. I sing and dance...sorry i'm not sorry.
Trainer stopped returning my emails in January. Didn't find out she stopped working at Balance until March.
