Best vintage bookstore in Bath, by far. Small, cosy, good prices and a surprising range of great books. The owners are warm and friendly, and really love their little bookworm heaven! Recommended!

The park is huge. Sitting in front if the lake watching the birds really calm me down.
Coffee is really good here. I like the fact that breakfast items are put together in a composition as a 'dish' rather than being randomly placed on a plate. Service is pretty friendly too!
Nice food, worth booking ahead and asking for a table in the main dining room rather than the 'pub' section. Nice staff but slightly slow and forgetful. Overall a good experience.
Can certainly get a bit cramped in here, but some really amazing drinks on offer, would recommend the Bath Gin!
Harry is the best mixologist and all round nice, bearded chap in Bath. On the last Thursday of the month the basement hosts a jazz night which goes very nicely with a Manhattan or Rob Roy.
The Royal Crescent is the most impressive of Bath’s seven Georgian crescents. The Royal Crescent Hotel (royalcrescent.co.uk) does an impressive, if pricey, afternoon tea (£25). Book ahead.
