Go for the «petites portions», French tapas. One of the best restaurants in Metz. Choose for the second service @ 0930 pm, so you can take your time to enjoy your meal.
Worth the stars and the money. Excellent 8 course lunch menu with decent advise for the wines. Foresee to spend the afternoon.

After so many years still one of the best restaurants in the area. If you don't suffer from cholesterol start with the œufs cocotte or huîtres Gillardeau followed with the homard breton.
