The Biz Knows7月 15, 2013We will be hosting our first Business & Community Expo at the Aloft Arundel Mills on July 24th! The hotel is very nice, helpful and accommodating staff, and great space to host the event!
Free shuttle rides to and from the airport and anywhere else (food/drinks/shopping) in a 3 mile radius

Kristen Mull3月 17, 2013Rooms are nice. Bar is VERY expensive (6 for beer and 10 for mixed drinks Dont get a room facing courtyard - at night when people are out there you can hear EVERY word they say (even on 4th floor).
Jen10月 25, 2014Cool concept from W hotels, probably would have loved it a year ago, but seems they need to work on their upkeep. The accents and decor looked worn. A comfortable stay, just overpriced for what it is.
Joel Reed9月 11, 2014They dropped the ball on sending the airport shuttle to get picked up. Took an hour to reach hotel. Did get alcoholic compensation, so they did the right thing. Rooms are nice to Aloft standards.

Philippe Lefebvre12月 18, 2014Literally spent the 2 worst nights of my life there. If you do get a room make sure you don't get one on the courtyard side. Don't expect any healthy food on the menu either.
Mario Colosimo10月 11, 2010Don't worry if you didn't bring cables for your electronics. They have some AND you can connect most devices to the room. Cool place!- Hotel is going down hill. Not sure I’ll stay here again, better and newer options all around.

Emily Dang6月 29, 2011This place focused too much on appearances, which took away from the quality. It had too much of a dorm feel instead of that of a high-end hotel. There were stink bugs, ants, and flying cockroaches.
Jennifer9月 15, 2012Don't stay here. They charge to use Starwood points. If you HAVE to stay here don't stay in 101. No wifi, very little water pressure. Staff not into customer service.
This place is a piece of crap. There are always problems and the staff is so nonchalant about the problems. Half the phones don't work there
