Queues for this are under 15 minutes. don't stress it's there all day!
Fastpass this FIRST THING in the Morning. These often run out before noon due to it being new. Also, Handicap access is the "regular" queue outside, with a side door before entering building.
Avoid the handicap entrance (at the exit) if you can, as the line for this is usually significantly longer than just waiting in the regular queue (usually 10 min or less anyways)
Fastpassing this is usually a waste of time, as everyone is in the same queue once you get "in" the temple. Don't waste a fastpass on this.
Handicap Line is by the Exit. Waits for this are usually half of the regular line wait, and you can sit while you wait.

Handicap/fast pass access is the same. if you can climb stairs while handicap, the fastpass entrance is quicker. Otherwise, the wait at the exit for handicap can be half as long as regular queue
If you are visiting Disneyland, Recommend Fast pass for Star Tours, and then waiting in the queue for this. Handicap access is PHENOMENAL for this ride. Just got in the exit.
