Ali: Among the few 2nd generation art galleries which pays any attention whatsoever to experimental and avant-garde art. The tea and cookies they serve during the openings is a plus too!
Ali: An exquisite example of Zandieh era architecture, usually overlooked courtesy of the much more famous mosques in Isfahan and Yazd. Definitely worth a visit.
Ali: Supposedly, the best traditional Shirazi ice cream there is. They even have a certificate that says so. Don't bother getting in if you're a germaphobe.

Ali: Cozy and quiet. Varied menu and reasonable prices. I like their english breakfasts and iced peach tea. They only serve breakfast until 11 am though.
Ali: Prices are a bit high. But the owner is a genius at cozying up to the costumers, and the rest of the shops like these are way too far from this part of the town. So yeah. I like it.
Ali: Marvelous bookstore. Good variety. The Cafe is a joke though. At 10 am, they still didn't have fresh bread and couldn't prepare any of the snacks on the menu because of that.
Ali: Authentic, old fashioned tea house. Great Omelette served with oven hot Barbari bread and freshly brewed tea. No fancy bullshit to be found. This is not a place for posh and picky eaters.
