i am partial to CBTL because of their good coffee and free wifi. this branch was no exception.
they're known for their desserts, but their meals are also quite good. be patient if there is a queue. the staff is efficient at getting tables as soon as they're available.
with constant renovations and improvements, this mall is a refreshing retail therapy location. parking is starting to be a problem because 50% of the previous open parking has been used for buildings.
just like most ACE hardware stores, most of the salespersons are knowledgable in most of the items in the store. your shopping will be faster if you ask where the items you're looking for are located.

the venue is open to the public. you do not have to be with a building occupant to enter. they serve cold beer during office hours. Starbucks has its own seating area.
this is the meat version of the popular Dampa or Boracay seafood restaurants. we bought Wagyu beef but were not impressed when it was served, so it was either the meat or the cooking.
