Elliott Brown7月 3, 2016Arrival was fine. Departure got stuck in the Flybe check-in queue for over 90 minutes. So not much time to get through security, duty free, passport control to the gate. Massive airport.

Naoki Ferrio12月 18, 2015Remember not every facilites or services in the airport are free, for example it took u around 3 euro for renting the luggage cart. And i must admit that the toilets in the airport are awful.
Our flight was more than 3 hours late so we were given vouchers to get food.. However, the food crew at McDo, MyChef, and Rossopomodoro are rude! They don’t want to answer questions and are snobbish!
Always a mission to get off the plane... Always by bus and the luggage takes forever to get to the carrousel because its understaffed
Really confusing transfer to Air Italia flight. No one knows anything. Need to exit and queue to check-in desk. Transfer desks unmanned. Good thing that the flight was delayed...

If you got an early flight, you can't even buy a bottle of water; all shops closed & no vending machines...Yepp I'm thirsty
We are far away to offer a international standard service 😖 arrive area is simply terrible, bad design bad services. Late flights (after 9 pm) leaves you in a desert, all closed. 🙅
Always a queue - and will have to wait ages for your luggage. Good old Italy! ;)
