gala daftary12月 29, 2017The breakfast is a buffet which I found quite complete. Rooms are nice, housekeeping is prompt and friendly. Reception is top notch! This is my second time here and my new go to hotel room n Madrid!

- Pablo Carbajales2月 22, 2013Viendo los otros Tips parece que antes habían más servicios gratuitos, como bebidas del mini-bar. Con la habitación estándar hay Wi-Fi gratis en las habitaciones con un acceso más que decente.

Babette Canton5月 1, 2013In the booklet in the room it says the minibar is free. It is not- you can tell since the prices are listed. Wifi is free in the lobby.
Lovely hotel ... and the staff is very friendly ... only trouble ... you can hear everything through the walls

- Babette Canton5月 1, 2013No safe in room 801. Had to get a key, then attendant took us to a room with 10 diamond grade safes. I guess we're in a special room, but what a hassle.
There are no slippers (how come??), terrible internet connection in the rooms even we pay 12 EURO's for a day... Please consider these problems- Babette Canton5月 1, 2013Figuring out the tv was hard, since the remote doesn't work. Ended up button munching the back of the tv and that worked. No English channels though. Sucks!
