Really good, and pretty modern food for Havasu, in a casual bistro setting. Confit duck sandwich and mushroom risotto were both expert level.
Long trail south toward the dam has lots of chances for cove fishing if the wind isn’t up.
I have eaten sushi at tsukiji market. This is comparable. The uni from santa@barbara was perfect.

By far the best Italian in Town. Aldente pasta in the soup and as a main and awesome slow cooked osso buco with aldente vegetables.
