كنت مشتركه في نيويو وكان مره زحمه ماقدرت اخذ راحتي بسبب الزحمه وتركت اشتراكي و اشتركت في هذا الجيم خذت عرض ال27 ساعه خلصت الان9ساعات منها و خسرت 4 كيلو حتى الان ، كوتش فاطمه تقرين؟الله يعطيك العافيه😍

One on one personal training and they have nice machines and a crossfit loft. it was great working out without any distractions or other people crowding my space. loved it!

They offer personal training at your home! the trainer brings everything you need for the training session all you have to do is to show up

Pricey to be honest but very convenient & flexible to client schedules!

Really nice place! I just joined them today, they don’t have any membership fees, you only pay for the training hour.

Very nice studio, friendly staff and skilled trainers. Highly recommended if you are looking for private fitness classes. They do have issues in managing their schedule though.

Customer service is Bad, and im being nice.يغني عطتني يوزري عشان احجز ولما حجزت ووصلت على الوقت قالت لي المدربه مافي وقت ؟!! ايش فايدة الحجز طيب ؟؟

Good training.. very tough but works! Strongly recommended

الفكرة ممتازه، لكن التنفيذ سيء، يسجلون اعداد اكثر من مقدرتهم في توفير المواعيد لهم. واستقبال من اسوء مايكون، واذا تبين تتصلين مع اي كان فرددي ياليل مطولك.بالاضافة ان جهاز الانبودي متعطل. لا يوجد تعقيم

As they keep accepting more clients their appointments are getting messier and messier. It's disappointing to see ABSolutely lose it's exclusiveness because of greediness.

They remind me of my fitness studio in the US. Really cool place!

هذا النادي الوحيد في الرياض اللي قدرت اخذ راحتي وانا اتدرب فيه بدون ما احد يكون حولي غير المدربة، غالي شوي لكن خدمة التدريب الشخصي تستاهل هذا المبلغ لانك تحس ان الجيم كامل لك..افخم نادي سيدات بالرياض

رجعت من كاليفورنيا من سنه بعد إقامة ٧ سنوات وكنت ادور نادي رياضي اتابع معاه البرنامج اللي تعودت عليه هناك، هذا تقريبا اقرب شي لقيته، المكان رائق و المدربات رائعات جدا ( ما يرحمون 😄)،

You will get the whole gym to yourself when you get a membership, they respect there clients privacy
