Classy little shop with great coffee (brews Octane) and a nice curated selection of books. Not a lot of seating, but what they have is cozy and comfy.
The Root Benny is delicious! I like bringing guests here for breakfast, it's home cooked goodness, and we don't have to cook or clean. Pet friendly patio is a plus.

Love the antique decor and all the different rooms. The creaky hardwood floors makes me feel like I'm having dinner in my childhood home. The Eastern Shore Flatbread was pretty good.

The shrimp & grits is shockingly amazing. It's on the appetizer menu, but they'll serve an entrée portion if you ask. The Little Hummingbird cocktail is delightful - light, refreshing, not too sweet.
