The pork neck is amazing! Pork is their specialty. Take advantage of it. Hands down the best pork bbq and pork selection. Valet parking is behind the Chapman Plaza area. Expect to wait.

Extraordinary omakase (except the pasta). You must have the wine/sake pairing for the full experience.
Trust the chefs at the bar. The toro and Japanese snapper are particularly awesome, but everything here is great. Prices aren't transparent and omakase can get expensive (but the fish is worth it!).
