Perhaps my favorite bar in life. Slight anarchist vibe, mixed with cheap (for SF) drinks, plus a killer outdoor area makes for a fabulous daytime drinking spot.
Great rotating tap selection. Close to Coors Field- stop here instead of drinking ballpark swill.

We love Woody's! Had cocktails on the front deck with the dogs. Super dog-friendly! Will return for the crab cakes, everyone was raving about them. Bartenders/servers are so friendly and welcoming!

Beer, food, this place is #1 on my Boise list. Focus on craft breweries of the Western USA and organic. The keep Hopworks Urban Brewery (Portland, OR) on draft. Soo good.

Cool underground location. Outdoor seating of it's warm enough. Nice, friendly, and knowledgeable staff.
Best selection of beer on tap in the area. Including elusive black lagers, sours, and more. For food, try the latkes and the chicken wings.

It's a sports bar, but I don't think anyone is watching sports. Drink a Grain Belt, eat totchos, and play Big Buck Hunter.

Great draft selection and solid - albeit sometimes emulated - vintage game selection. I'd imagine vintage cabinets cost lots o'cash. Either way, awesome 'brotime' spot.
Come on Wednesday or Thursday for the wing special. Shark sauce is amazing. Great service and amazing place to hang out.

HUGE beer menu, two floors, shuffle board and billiards. Just don't trust the beer signs on the wall, they don't have some they advertise, like Widmer.
Don’t order the same thing twice, there are too many choices here for you to stay on one beer. If available, try a beer from Great Lakes Brewery.
